Romelu Lukaku has expressed his desire to move to the Serie A after his time with Manchester United ends.
The Red Devils are having a difficult season, as they sit in the 8th position on the Premier League table, and will be facing Chelsea and Manchester City in 2 of their next 3 games.
One of their major concerns is their finishing in front of goal, with star striker Romelu Lukaku coming under intense criticism for missing easy opportunities.
But the Mancunians are more concerned about his recent comments. In a recent interview, the Belgian international hinted that a move to Italy could be on the cards, as he praised Juventus, United’s upcoming Champions League opponents.

In an assessment of the Biaconeri’s squad, Lukaku revealed that Ronaldo, Dybala, and Douglas Costa are their best players. He also had praises for their manager, Massimiliano Allegri, which could be considered as a swipe on Mourinho.
“Why not? I hope it happens,” Lukaku told Gazzetta dello Sport when asked if he would ever move to Italy.
He then went on to speak about Juventus, as he opined: “Juve have a great project in place and they just keep going. Every year they try to get stronger. Without doubt, Juve are one of the two-three best teams in Europe. They’ve got a great coach on the bench and extraordinary players in every area of the team.

“Cristiano Ronaldo stands out, but watch out for the others too. Paulo Dybala is already impressive and getting stronger, while I love Douglas Costa. He’s an exceptional signing and his career shows he always makes the difference.”
Despite his poor form at Manchester United, Lukaku is having an incredible time with his national side. The Belgian has scored 5 goals in their last 3 matches, including a brace against Switzerland on October 12.
United fans will be hoping that he would bring this international form to Old Trafford, as the Red Devils enter a difficult run of fixtures following the return of club football.
